Dine & Disco: A Christmas Long-Table with Piccante at The Chalet Byron

This Friday 13 December, Piccante brings its signature Dine & Disco concept to The Chalet Byron for a special Christmas edition. Equal parts long-table dinner and music-led celebration, the evening is designed to unfold slowly. Think connection first, rhythm later, and a groove that builds naturally as daylight fades into night.

Hosted at the hillside Chalet Byron, the event begins at 4pm and runs late, inviting guests to settle in rather than rush through the experience. Long tables are set for shared conversation, one drink is offered on arrival, and Piccante DJs guide the soundtrack from golden hour into a late-night pulse.

The night draws together entrepreneurs, founders, creatives and nomads for an intentionally social atmosphere. It’s a gathering built around people who appreciate curated food, good music and spaces where conversation flows as easily as the wine.

At the heart of the evening is a seasonal menu created exclusively for this Christmas edition by chef Fern Harrison of Feasting with Fern. Designed for sharing and long-table dining, the menu is light, summery and conversation-friendly. Expect burrata crostini with peach and prosciutto, caramelised tomato tarte tatin, buckwheat blini with beetroot and butter bean purée, roasted squash with hot honey and sage, smoked salmon bites, and vibrant tapenades layered with olives, capers and almonds.

Rather than a formal sit-down dinner, the menu is crafted to complement the flow of the evening. Food arrives in rhythm with the music, encouraging guests to linger, move, talk and reconnect.

As the sun sets and the DJs lean into deeper tempos, the space shifts from long-table dining to a relaxed disco atmosphere, blurring the line between dinner and dance floor. It’s a Christmas celebration without forced formality. Warm, social and designed for people who value experience over excess.

Tickets are limited and available now.
